Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive sales growth, optimize processes, and provide essential administrative support. This role is fully remote and requires working U.S. business hours in Central Time (high call volume expected).
Primary Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads with exceptional speed-to-lead and maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email.
Close new customers, prioritizing annual lawn programs and secondarily focusing on lighting services.
Develop and document comprehensive sales systems, including scripts, follow-up sequences, pipeline stages, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting mechanisms.
Offer administrative support as needed, such as scheduling, customer coordination, and providing backup coverage for team members.
