Sales Operations Associate II
What You'll Be Doing
Process non‐same day online orders placed by customers on Arrow websites, assist with processing same‐day orders as needed.
Ensure accurate and complete information on every order, manage order entry & maintenance processes.
Occasional assistance/interaction with customers, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services.
What We Are Looking For
2–4 years of order management and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
Strong attention to detail.
Electronics industry experience highly preferred.
