About the role

Here in Aura Southprime Developers, Inc., a Sales Operations Associate serves as the backbone of the sales function in a real estate organization. Their primary role is to support, streamline, and optimize the sales process by ensuring that systems, data, documentation, and internal coordination are efficiently managed. They enable sales teams to focus on client interactions and closing deals by handling the operational and administrative aspects.

What you'll do

a. Accept reservation documents from Sales Network Officer and/or Broker for booking of sales

b. Review and validate reservation before sending of application to the Documentation department for further evaluation

c. Scan and email reservation to Documentation department for approval

d. Forward hard copies of the reservation documents to the Documentation department
