Sales Operations Associate/OTC Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, and Acknowledgement Receipt
• Review completeness of surgical case reports submitted by Product Specialists
• Updating inventory based on used items reflected in case reports
• Coordination of delivery schedule
• Reviewing of inventory for release and inventory received from surgical cases
• Review PCSO documents
• Answer telephone inquiries
• Confirmation of documents from hospitals prior to collection
• Coordinating with patients about quotation
• Other duties that might be assigned by direct supplier

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
