Sales Operations Associate/OTC Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, and Acknowledgement Receipt
Review completeness of surgical case reports submitted by Product Specialists
Updating inventory based on used items reflected in case reports
Coordination of delivery schedule
Reviewing of inventory for release and inventory received from surgical cases
Review PCSO documents
Answer telephone inquiries
Confirmation of documents from hospitals prior to collection
Coordinating with patients about quotation
Other duties that might be assigned by direct supplier
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required
Willing to work in Quezon City
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
