Sales Operations & Automation Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Operations & Automation Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and drive forward our global sales processes. In this role, you will be responsible for improving sales productivity by equipping global sales teams with the resources, tools, and insights they need to proactively sell Virta services and solutions.

You will accomplish this by developing and maintaining our sales tools and participating in the design, development, and rollout of new processes and technology. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Operations, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment across functions—especially where CRM, CPQ, and ERP processes connect.
