What You'll Do
Organize and optimize the workflow of our international sales team, leveraging HubSpot CRM for transparency and performance.
Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, working directly with our CFO and leadership team to drive insights and improvement.
Track conversion rates (quote-to-sale, call-to-sale), identify trends, and surface opportunities for better performance.
Review quotes and ensure quality assurance on every deal before it is sent to our clients.
Manage sales pipelines: make sure deals are clearly tracked, warm leads are followed up on, and lost deals don't slip through unnoticed.
