**What you will do (responsibilities)**



+ Manage vehicle allocation across dealers and channels (Retail, Fleet, Plan de Ahorro).

+ Lead demand forecasting, integrating dealer input, market trends, and macro factors.

+ Define pricing strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking.

+ Monitor margins, incentives, and revenue optimization.

+ Develop sales, inventory, and pricing dashboards.

+ Provide executive insights and support regional business reviews.

+ Lead and develop a team of analysts.

+ Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Dealer Development.





**Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)**



+ 8–12+ years in Automotive OEM, Consumer Goods, or Industrial sectors.
