Position Overview
The Sales Operations Executive will support the sales team by improving processes, managing CRM systems, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and leadership. This role focuses on optimizing sales performance, maintaining accurate reporting, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
