Sales Operations Executive/ Sr Executive

To support and strengthen the Sales Distribution team by driving branch and route performance, expanding outlet coverage, improving route productivity, and ensuring consistent sales activities across branches.

This role works closely with the Sales Operations Manager to enhance distribution effectiveness and support sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Distribution Sales Performance

• Monitor daily sales performance by branch and route against targets.
• Analyze route productivity and outlet coverage performance.
• Identify underperforming routes and recommend corrective action plans.
• Prepare performance updates and reports for management review.

Route Expansion & Territory Development
