Sales Operations Head

About the Job:

The Sales Operations Head will report directly to the Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and programs to ensure the achievement of the company’s revenue targets and profitability objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the project's Sales Operations team in the effective execution and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

• Direct and oversee sales policies, objectives, and programs to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

• Develop, enhance, and implement sales plans and programs that effectively position and strengthen the project and company's brand in the real estate and property development industry.
