Defines and ensures all eCommerce activities for the segment in alignment with the segment's strategy to achieve targeted results.
Develops the specific eCommerce strategy, creates concepts, plans, and executes the resulting Digital Roadmap for ContiTech Industrial Solutions EMEA/Distribution segment from planning to go-live.
Analyzes eCommerce and digitalization market trends and competition activities to provide guidance for own development activities
Defines webshop upgrades and improvements based on customer feedback, industry best practices
Execute customer trainings, Onboarding, engagement on the webshop internally & externally
Maintains the timeliness and accuracy of material data for the webshop
Participation and contribution to segment, Business Area or Corporate e-Commerce projects
