Job Description

                    
 Responsibilities Conduct competitor analysis and review their products 
Mystery shopper / Ghost Calling competitors' updated products and services 
Create a master file of competitor analysis and provide a visual representation of their unique selling points 
Help in sourcing leads for new business development 
Achieve customer satisfaction through direct interaction with clients if needed 
Support other Sales and account management initiatives/projects i.e (campaigns) 
 Requirements MS Word proficient especially Powerpoint and Excel (advanced knowledge) 
Organized and is keen to details 
A good communicator and can work under pressure 
Desire to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
