Sales Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Management & Compliance Control
• End-to-End Leadership: Lead the closed-loop management of the entire sales cycle (Opportunity -> Quote Audit -> Contract Signing -> Order Entry -> Delivery Trigger) to ensure efficient workflow under compliance.
• Red Line Control: Strictly control commercial terms (discounts, payment terms, delivery cycles). Handle complex/special approval requests by finding the balance between compliance and business needs, providing professional solutions rather than simple rejections.
• System Construction: Continuously optimize Sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to eliminate potential legal risks caused by ambiguous terms.
2. Data Intelligence & Strategy
• CRM System Owner: Act as the Lark Suite Administrator, leading the rule-setting and health management of the Sales Pipeline.
