Job Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving commercial efficiency by transforming data into actionable insights. This role partners closely with the Commercial Director, Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate forecasting, standardized reporting, and seamless sales operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Consolidation & Reporting
• Collect, validate, and consolidate sales, pricing, inventory, and customer data.
• Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards that track sales performance, product mix, customer trends, and service levels.
• Provide actionable insights to guide pricing, product allocation, and sales team performance.
• Forecasting & Planning
• Consolidate sales forecasts submitted by the commercial team into a unified demand plan.
