The Sales Operations Manager role sits within the Commercial Operations function and reports to the Head of Commercial Operations. It is a crucial role in enabling the effectiveness and scalability of our commercial teams and serves as a key interface between Sales, our Advisory function, and management, ensuring that processes, systems, and data are aligned to support efficient execution and informed decision making.

The successful candidate will combine a strong operational focus with cross-functional collaboration, helping to translate commercial strategy into practical, well-governed workflows that support growth and deliver value across the organization.
