About the Role

MID Construction Group is seeking a highly organized and systems-driven Sales Operations Manager to own and optimize all sales-facing systems across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring strict CRM compliance, standardized data management, and seamless sales operations across teams.

You will oversee CRM administration, sales tools, reporting, automation, and data ingestion while supporting leadership with accurate insights that drive growth and scalability.
