Roles And Responsibilities

• Process and manage sales orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and logistics/supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and internal coordination issues.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Manage lead processes, including qualifying incoming leads, allocating to partners, and coordinating with Business Development Managers.
