Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee sales operations, reporting, and data analysis for multiple brands

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance insights for top management

Maintain and ensure integrity of CRM data, sales pipeline, and customer records

Track sales targets, quotas, KPIs, and overall brand performance

Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align data and processes

Support pricing strategies, promotions, and sales documentation

Recommend process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and decision-making

Present regular sales updates and insights directly to the President

Handle sensitive sales data with strict confidentiality.
