OnSpot is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist (Booking Conversion) to help ensure customers who book an appointment actually attend.
Your Role:
Call customers to reconfirm their schedule
Build excitement + answer questions
Follow structured workflows for reminders
Reschedule when necessary
Resolve hesitation/objections
Maintain CRM notes
Improve show-up rates and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
• 1–3 years in appointment setting, CSR, sales support, or inside sales
• Strong phone communication: warm, confident, persuasive
• Great at building rapport & follow-through
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, GHL)
• Organized & KPI-driven
• Thrives in high-activity environments
• Willing to work onsite in Pampanga
