Sales Operations Specialist, New Seller Recruitment

Join Amazon's New Seller Recruitment (NSR) team as a Sales Operations Specialist and lead the execution engine that keeps NSR's seller journey running. Based in Costa Rica, you will directly manage a team of Sales Operations Associates while personally executing and overseeing the daily tactical work streams — pipeline support, opportunity assignments, intake triage, and ARR-to-AGR handoffs — that directly support NSR's recruit, launch, and grow mission. You will serve as the critical bridge between the Costa Rica tactical team and the US-based Sales Operations team, ensuring high-quality, accurate execution across all work streams.
