Your mission is to reduce cancellations, increase show-up rates, upsell relevant services, and create excitement that turns booked clients into loyal, returning customers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Confirmation and Experience

• Conduct outbound confirmation calls for scheduled Med Spa appointments
• Reconfirm appointment details (date, time, service) with clarity and confidence
• Build instant rapport and emotional connection with clients
