Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to her subordinates by providing excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
• Leads in maintaining and growing the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers
• Initiate to staff to hit monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products to process sales transactions.
• Guiding the staff in maintaining inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
• Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• With at least 5 years retail experience. Experience in Cigar product or handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
