Job Description
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Directors and broader commercial teams by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Salesforce CRM processes. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity, generating and maintaining accurate quotes and opportunities, and streamlining contract workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with a strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
+ Salesforce Support & Opportunity Management
+ Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Directors in creating and updating opportunities and quotes within Salesforce.
+ Generate quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as needed.
+ Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Sales Team ensuring you have deep understanding of the sale and its context to build appropriate quotes
