We are seeking a highly capable and commercially focused Sales Operations Manager to join our Residential team, driving performance, efficiency, and strategic alignment across our sales function. This key role sits at the intersection of sales, finance, and operationsâensuring systems, processes, and reporting frameworks enable scalable growth.

• Lead and optimise sales operations processes, systems, and workflows
