You will be responsible for:

• Confirming customer orders
• Handling customer chats (WhatsApp / Instagram)
• Supporting simple e-commerce operations and coordination
• Updating and tracking basic order-related tasks

All content, scripts, and workflows are already prepared.

The role focuses on communication, consistency, and execution.
