Job Description

                    In this position, your responsibilities will include: Monitor and control contractually defined billing milestones, ensuring the issuance of documents and invoices within deadlines. 
Coordinate the collection of necessary information and documentation for revenue recognition, both for Percentage of Completion and Completed Contract agreements. 
Monitor contractual clauses related to adjustments, penalties, and terms, ensuring administrative and financial compliance. 
Maintain control of all mandatory administrative documentation (insurance, certificates, team data, licenses), distinguishing it from technical deliverables. 
Support the preparation of administrative amendments and guarantee the traceability of contractual changes from a documentation perspective. 
Act as the administrative point of contact with the client, ensuring clarity regarding payment milestones, contractual requirements, and administrative deliverables.
