Sales Operations Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Design and implement the sales training framework, collaborate with various teams to refine training materials, and organize training sessions for sales teams across all locations.
Evaluate training effectiveness through methods such as in-class assessments and daily business knowledge checks.
Monitor and ensure sales representatives complete necessary daily tasks, and maintain accurate tracking of relevant metrics.
Develop sales kits and other foundational materials to enhance the efficiency of sales-client interactions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in sales operations or PMO-related roles.
Strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective communication.
