Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Trade Operations Manager in implementing commodity trading contracts signed.
Review and check contract clauses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Formulate import Letter of Credit (LC) applications in accordance with the contracts.
Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
Ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
Review trading contracts and follow up on shipping logistics arrangements.
Handle shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Mate's Receipts, and other required documentation.
