Sales Order Coordinator (Temporary 12 Months)

- **Responsibilities/Functions**- Process customer purchase orders for consoles, treatment supplies, and other items as needed
- Work with the Outset Logistics team to provide shipping information for customers
- Ensure all customer account information is accurate and up to date
- Partner with Finance team to ensure all critical customer/order data ties out to provide timely and accurate revenue recognition
- Assist with the COR (Customer Onboarding Process)
- Process RMA’s/returns, credit and rebills, etc.
- Manage customer reorder process on accessories and disposables
- Understand and comply with all SOX requirementsExperiência y requisitos
- **Requirements/Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience (High School Diploma/GED)
- 3+ years of sales order processing experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
