Sales & Outreach Coordinator

We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving bookings. This role blends sales outreach and light marketing support to grow our science programs across schools, libraries, and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Call and email schools, camps, and organizations to book programs
• Follow up with past clients who haven’t rebooked (summer, clubs, events)
• Promote seasonal campaigns such as Summer Camp, Fall after‑school programs, EOG prep workshops, and Holiday events (Halloween, Winter, Spring Break)
• Build and manage contact lists (principals, STEM coordinators, libraries, etc.)
• Track outreach and responses using simple CRM or spreadsheet

Marketing Support

• Assist with email campaigns targeting schools, libraries, and parents
• Update local social media channels with relevant content
