Sales Person
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Diploma or certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, hardware, or building supplies.

Familiarity with construction sites, contractors, and building processes is a strong advantage.

Strong knowledge of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel, timber, plumbing, electrical supplies).

Negotiation and persuasion skills.
