What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts regarding purchase orders and material requests, maintain the integrity of the customer portfolio, and strive for complete customer satisfaction.
Serve as a liaison between the Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Factory departments.
Maintain the backlog of customer orders.
Manage end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while applying corrective actions when necessary.
Process and manage customer orders in the applicable systems, including payment verification and order release follow-up.
Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
Analyze forecasts, KPIs, inventory levels, and customer demand fluctuations to prevent supply chain disruptions and avoid line stoppages.
