Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the customs clearance department, international sea/air freight, and domestic transportation in Colombia to ensure that goods arrive at the warehouse or distribution center on time.
2. Monitor the status of logistics transportation, handle abnormal situations such as delays and cargo damage, and negotiate claims with freight forwarders and insurance companies.
3. Optimize logistics routes and transportation methods to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency.
4. Manage local logistics suppliers and evaluate their service quality and costs.
5. Maintain logistics data (such as transportation timeliness and cost analysis) and submit operational reports regularly.
6. Work closely with the procurement, warehousing, and sales teams to ensure seamless connection of all links in the supply chain.
