About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced, qualified plumber who's ready to step into a customer-facing sales and service role.
Reporting directly to the hands-on Lead Plumber, you'll be the friendly face in customers' homes-diagnosing issues, providing options, quoting on the spot and recommending the best solutions while representing the business with professionalism and integrity.
You'll still use your plumbing expertise daily, but your focus will be on service, communication, quoting and upselling rather than heavy hands-on labour.
