Role Description
This is a full-time on-site sales position located in Niphad. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, identifying potential sales opportunities, and delivering product or service demonstrations. The role also involves collaborating with the team to implement sales strategies and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, as well as training in client engagement and negotiation.
Experience in Sales Management, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and guiding team members.
Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales software tools is a plus.
