The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients, sales, production and project teams to ensure smooth coordination from inquiry to project delivery within the lighting industry.

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with clients to gather project requirements and clarify specifications.
• Follow up on inquiries, orders and project status to ensure timely execution.
• Liaise with internal teams – design, production, procurement and logistics – for order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update project tracking sheets, CRM and sales reports.
• Support in preparing project documentation including BOQ, drawings and approvals.
