Sales - Project Officer

Job Description:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns and communications.
• Manage customer-related processes including monthly demand forecasting, price quotations, and PO/SO reconciliation.
• Disseminate and monitor Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and provide status updates to customers.
• Ensure delivery commitments are met, maintain standard finished goods inventory, and oversee returnable packaging/tray management.
• Handle DM/CM applications, export freight cost targets, and forex identification for quotations and price adjustments.
• Analyze sales trends, gaps, and demands; prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports using BI tools for clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of sales processes, pipeline management, and KPIs to support accurate forecasting and quota setting.
