Sales Promodiser

A. Job Summary

The Sales Promodiser is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring efficient store operations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling customer inquiries, receiving and monitoring deliveries, managing inventory, and providing after-sales support. The Sales Promodiser must demonstrate strong product knowledge, particularly in lighting fixtures and electrical items, to effectively assist customers and achieve sales targets.

B. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide professional recommendations
• Promote and sell lighting fixtures and electrical products to meet individual and team sales targets
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock arrangement and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements
