Sales & Proposal Engineer (Mechanical Equipment)

We're expanding our support to Malaysia's Oil & Gas operators and are searching for a Sales & Proposal Engineer with mechanical equipment experience to strengthen customer engagement and tender delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical & commercial proposals for packages

• Meet customers and join clarification sessions with operators & EPC firms

• Review RFQs, define scope and produce competitive pricing

• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain & OEM partners

• Support sales forecasting and pipeline tracking

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years in proposals/sales/application engineering (rotating equipment)

• Familiar with Malaysian Oil & Gas tender processes

• Confident communicator with strong customer-facing skills

• Able to manage multiple bids and deadlines
