Sales & Recruitment Training Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfilment of the training requirements of the SM Prime Leisure Residences Group.
• Creation, conduct and evaluation of training programs including Training Modules, Trainer's Guide, and Participants' Handouts in soft files and hard copies.
• Ensure Insure the timely and regular conduct of training programs such as the BASIC (New Sellers' Orientation), and other programs as may be identified in the Annual Training Calendar
• Manage all requirements needed for the proper conduct of trainings, such as venue, food, and needed equipment
• Organize sales events of the SM Prime Leisure Group, whether consolidated or localized per company, including, but not limited to, assemblies, teambuilding, project and technical briefs, and other activities as may be requested.
• Conduct the SMLRR New Employees' Orientation
• New and additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time as the management sees fit
