Purpose of the job:

The Frontline Manager / Regional Director France is an important member of the Clinical Solutions sales management team and member of the Global Sales team.

The role is responsible for the successful go-to-market strategy and execution (e.g., sales trainings, coaching on the job and pipeline management) for key products (e.g., CKS, CK Physician, CKAI, Complete Anatomy, Osmosis, Nursing Products, PSS) across France and French speaking countries , developing commercial programs (incl. pricing), actively driving operational excellence (e.g., setting clear standards, ensuring processes are tight and controls are in place), setting up and maintaining Clinical Solutions KPI dashboard and driving overall accountability. This role would be responsible for realizing the targets and reporting back to management on execution. The Regional Director France will report to the VP Sales Europe.
