Sales Rep (Bogotá)

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Sales Representative responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in the Colombian region.

In This Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits, identify business opportunities, and monitor market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring timely and high‑quality data entry.
• Submit proposals, follow up on contracts, and coordinate internal processes related to equipment movement and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Operations and Technical Services (field engineers and application specialists).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Sales, Healthcare or Business Management.
• Prior experience in sales to clinical analysis laboratories, both for private and public sector clients.
