Sales Rep Hourly

**Position Summary**

The Hourly Sales Representative is responsible for assisting with facilitating targeted enrollment activities, which helps increase membership.

**Essential Position Functions**

+ Assist at meetings and presentations offered by Willamette Dental to current and prospective members and respond to questions as needed.
+ Facilitate open enrollment activities by representing Willamette Dental, transporting materials and promotional items.

**Education and Experience**

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing preferred, some of which should be in enrollment and attending benefit fairs. Must have a valid driver’s license for operation of a motor vehicle in Oregon, Washington and/or Idaho and possess an acceptable driving record. Experience in healthcare or insurance field preferred.
