We are seeking candidates who have managed cellular retail stores and are confident in leading teams, driving sales performance, and overseeing daily store operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within a cellular retail environment (Cell C, Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, or independent cellular retail stores)
• Strong sales and target-driven background
• Experience managing retail staff and store operations
• Experience with mobile devices, contracts, upgrades, and customer account services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
