Job Description
Snugz is a fast-growing Australian-owned baby care brand, premium nappies and wipes at prices that actually make sense for businesses and famalies. We're on a mission to make quality baby essentials accessible to every child, and we need a gun sales rep to help us grow on the ground.
We need a sharp, driven B2B sales rep in Sydney who can get in front of the right people, build real relationships, and convert them into long-term accounts. This is a proper field sales role, you're out visiting, calling, following up, and closing.
What the role involves
Prospecting and visiting bulk buyers across Sydney organisations that purchase baby and hygiene consumables regularly
Cold calling and walking in introducing Snugz, placing samples, and following up until you close
Converting accounts onto a subscription reorder model your commission compounds as your book grows
Managing and nurturing existing accounts alongside hunting new ones
