Job Description

Winterhalter Australia – NSW Sales Representative
Location / Territory:
Based around NSW & ACT (Wollongong → Newcastle → Wagga)
Head office in Glendenning, NSW
Mainly field-based; some WFH and office days as needed
Salary & Package:
$80,000–$100,000 + super
Car allowance: $10,000
Commission likely deferred 6–12 months
Team & Support:
Work alongside high-performing rep James Dub (7 years with Winterhalter)
Hands-on training and mentoring included
Report to NSW Sales Manager
Role Focus:
100% dealer-focused
Strengthen and grow dealer network
Occasional cold calls to end-users
On-site product demos and technical support
Maintain strong relationships and account management
