Overview

Frontline of customer service in retail and sales environments, responsible for helping customers, boosting sales, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent service to drive sales.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must have at least SHS/College Level or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year in retail or customer service is often preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and upsell products to customers.
• Positive behavior and professional appearance.
