Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
Ensure proper visibility and placement of products in retail outlets.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the market.
Collect customer feedback and report market intelligence.
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
