Sales Representative — BPO & Multifinance Partnerships

The Role

We're looking for a Sales Representative who doesn't wait to be told — someone who moves first, builds relationships that outlast deals, and treats their territory like a personal business.

This is a hunter role with two parallel mandates:

1. Build WIZ.AI's BPO partner ecosystem in Indonesia — converting BPO and contact center companies into reseller partners and direct clients for our AI Talkbot platform.
2. Land and grow direct enterprise accounts in Indonesia's multifinance and fintech sectors (BFI Finance, Adira Finance, FIF Group, WOM Finance, ACC, MTF, Akulaku, Kredivo, and similar) — where our voice bot solves real, measurable telecollection and customer engagement problems.
